  4. Almonds–these are a rich source of Vitamin E, which nourishes the skin, and protects it from UV rays.

  5. Berries–all kinds of berries are richly colored and packed with anti-oxidants. These help your body, especially your skin, to fight the free-radical damage that it is exposed to daily!

  6. Whole grains–not only do these prevent constipation and keep your digestive system moving smoothly, they are also high in selenium, an element that protects skin cells.
